(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought it as backup power supply. There are 3 Lenovo gaming laptops in the houses. It is the new standard slim version of the 230W power brick. It works well. The cords are long enough even if the wall sock is far away. It gets quite warm when you game, but it is expected. The only complaint that I have is that it is on the heavy side. However, it is still still light enough to be portable. The 300W giant that comes with my son's Legion 5 Pro is truly heavy

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The plastic housing on the end of the "slim tip" adaptor cracked and broke away within two months. This meant the cable seems loose when charging and only charges intermittently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
