Lenovo honored the warranty but after being stranded without power, I chose to buy a second adapter to remain at home. I was leery that it would not handle the i9 processor needs. So far, it is handling the load.

It is also thicker and longer. I consistently had issues with my previous charger's reach, but this one is the perfect length. The thicker cord gives me more peace of mind, especially since I have cats that like to chew on thin cords. It is worth the price for this quality, branded charger that won't damage your laptop or risk a fire.
