[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This charger is much better than the original that came with my Y545. I use my laptop for work on the go, so I appreciate having a charger that is as powerful as the original, but in much better packaging (smaller), and not as thick of wiring. 4 stars instead of 5 because this should be what came with my laptop.
