excellent upgrade from pro to pro2, quality of sound is amazing, and noise cancelling is very good. entirely a new music listen experience, and the new design is very comfortable to ears!

Not worth the money

i've had every pair of samsung earbuds. these are the same as the last pair, nothing different. noise canceling does not really work the way it should, i work in aviation and use noise canceling. these are not worth the price. i've tried to return and get my trade in back. there are a lot of bad reviews of this product from falling out of your ear, charge does not last, ear infection from the silicone, noise canceling not working. if you're looking for the best headphones that samsung make, get the samsung buds+ and stay away from everything else. i will be returning these for a full refund and leaving samsung forever. the products have been going downhill for awhile now.

In the Samsung Wearbles app you can easily adjust the settings on the buds to more accurately meet your needs in terms of the noise cancellation and volume. There is also some great information available on how to best fit the buds for comfort and security. horrible fit without wing tip

they do not stay in my ear at all always falling out to the point where i am returning them. even tried the larger bud size that helped a little but not enough.

New buds pro 2 is just another earbud

was really exited about the new galaxy buds2 pro . pre-ordered it. i was thinking finally i could get rid of my ipod pro. after 2 weeks of testing, what a letdown. first, the anc is just not good at all. you can still can clearly hear conversations few feet away from you even when you have your music is playing. not ipod pro. second, seamless pairing is a joke. samsung could even get their own devices to pair smoothly. have s22+ and s7 tab. sometimes, i have yo try about 10 times before i can pair the bud pro 2 to those devices. it's just getting ridiculous.
there are few things i like. 1. the shape and size, i like it better than ipod pro. i like the discreet design and weight. 2. colors. i like to have options to your own color. 3. the case is small.

If you have the S22+ you can download the Samsung Wearables App and make adjustments to the settings of your buds from there that will adjust how much you can hear through with your music playing as well as some of the other sound preferences. If you download this app on to both of your Samsung devices that should also help with the pairing. i have used multiple ear buds in the past, to include a couple different galaxy buds. these are by far my favorite head phones that i have ever used.
they have amazing sound quality, and the features babe cease to amaze me. they noise canceling starts working immediately, even so that it feels like it blocks outside sounds before you start any media. i also really love the ambient sound. the best is that you can set it to switch between the two as you start talking so you don't have to try and talk over your media.
there are so many great features that i can't list them all here. well worth the money.
I would recommend this to a friend!
