I have had this set for 2 weeks now and it has already shed at the bottom. I like the way it cooks food by far, but it is way ti soon for the color to get ripped at the bottom. I have been very careful when I wash it following all the instructions

We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the cooking performance of your Cuisinart Culinary Collection cookware, but we’re sorry to hear about the wear you’ve noticed after such a short time. Because of the ceramic cooking surface, please avoid stainless-steel or other metal utensils and use silicone, wood, or other nonmetal utensils to help protect the finish; we also recommend gentle handwashing with a soft sponge and nonabrasive cleaner. Your feedback about the cookware’s durability is important to us and helps us continue improving the quality and experience of our products, and we truly thank you for sharing it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not satisfied with the merchandise. I purchased three days ago, the pan sticks the bacon sticks to the pan and that’s not what I’m interested in. I’m going to return it. I want a refund or replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Chef’s Classic™ Stainless 10'' Skillet. We’re sorry to hear the skillet did not meet your expectations; please note that stainless steel is not a nonstick surface, but when properly preheated and used, it can provide excellent cooking performance. For best results, we recommend preheating the skillet over medium heat, adding oil before placing food in the pan, allowing foods like bacon to naturally release before turning, and avoiding moving food too soon while it develops a sear. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us better understand our consumers’ experiences and continue improving our products.
I needed a stainless pan to replace a non-stick pan due to concerns about “PFAS”. There was some rainbow discoloration after the first couple of uses, but cleaning with water and vinegar took care of that and now the pan looks good as new. I’m satisfied with my purchase.
