Very Poor Customer Experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Flask is fine. Shipping experience was horrible. I ordered it in Dec 16 for a gift. Zero communication telling me it wasn’t going to arrive by Christmas even though the site did 2-5 business days. I sent an email. Heard nothing for almost 2 weeks. The product was finally shipped and came a week after Christmas. The response from Hydro Flask made no apology for the late shipment. Very, Very poor customer experience.

Best water bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the 32oz for my 15y/o daughter with her name on it. She practically sleeps with it. She absolutely loves it…her fave color too. It retains her water cold, does not leak and hold enough water for her needs. Will most definitely purchaee again in other colors

New lid kind of leaks
