Meh bottle, lots of design flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The straw is great but why doesn’t it lock into place when opened in the same fashion as when it’s closed? It leaks from the top which makes it sputter when the straw is folded and snapped back into place. And most frustratingly it doesn’t come close to fitting in any car cup holder because it’s way too wide

Straw doesn’t work well and gasket leaks

While this bottle keeps drinks cold I’m not happy that when I get to the last few ounces of fluid the straw doesn’t work. Also the orange gasket has a small hole which leaks when getting to to the last few ounces. Ended up having water drip all over me.
I have an older 32 ounce HyrdoFlask the and the lid has a flip top with a spout (no straw needed or included). Never have a problem with this version of the lid.
Is the same lid available for the wide mouth with flex straw cap?
