Waterproof but difficult to remove cap
on July 26, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the water bottle, but it can be very difficult for me to get the cap removed, for filling and cleaning. If someone who works with their hands/arms for job is with me, they can always get it off, but I don't recommend for lighter weight arms like mine

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad that the new and improved flex straw cap does not leak at all! The older cap that I had on my older bottle would leak everywhere if it fell over in my car, and it was so annoying… Love how you guys fixed that!

Straw is way too short
on July 16, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not getting all my water in the bottle because the straw is way too short . These bottles are overpriced , small, and you’re not even getting all the water
