The handle makes it easy to carry around and this cup keeps ice frozen for 18 hours+.

Hard to clean

The flex straw spout is hard to clean and gathers bacteria / mold around the hinges. I've constantly tried to remove the spout but it's on there tight. You also get sprayed by water when you flip open the straw. However, the rest of the cap is easy to clean and the bottle is good quality.
