NOT WORKING

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my mother a hydroflask. The bottle DOES NOT keep the water cold. The ice melts within an hour. This is defective and I need either a replacement or a complete refund

Wide mouth flex sip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the bottle only problem is the flex sip straw needs to be all the way opened (actually at an angle) to get a full sip of water. If you have it straight up, you can’t get any of your drink

Not as good as before

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had 3 hydro flasks before this, wide mouth, and bought straw tops for them. I manage to keep losing them, but they last. I had each one for 2 years easy before losing. This one came with a straw top and I am very very disappointed. It spurts water every time I open the straw top, and only has proper suction when the straw is fully open. I did not have this problem with the 3 prior. Additionally, backwash seems to get caught differently than the previous design. It needs to be washed much more frequently.
