[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] day one I loved this water bottle. the wide mouth was perfect for getting ice straight from the fridge and it kept my water cold all day. however the other day I dropped it while at the gym and it dented easily. as someone who carries a water bottle everywhere, I was hoping this would survive normal wear and tear like my previous metal water bottles. I have others fallen down steps / on concrete and left unscathed. it still works properly, I’m just a bit bummed at the lack of durability

Don't like the flex straw cap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 hydroflasks all with different caps. I prefer the 2 pictured below. I find that the handle of the flex straw cap gets in the way and the straw is very loose. So I use the new bottle with the older straw cap in the 2nd photo. I use the other cap for traveling as it's leakproof on a plane.
