Almost Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My other similar flask I consider perfect. This one is difficult to drink from as the ”straw” has to be pushed down with my teeth in order for the water to flow through.

Cute but leaks

The last Hydro Flask I purchased was in 2019 & I really wanted a new one recently, so I bought a larger bottle in the color Dew. After a few days of using my bottle, there was an accident at my workplace where somebody tried to move my bottle and dropped it, sadly it had a dent and a crack on the bottom and I was so sad. My workplace wouldn’t replace it for me so I submitted a request to see if I could possibly have a replacement, and they got back to me very quickly and approved of my request. They sent me a new bottle as well as a boot cover for free which was so kind of them, I’m so grateful that I was able to get a replacement right away and they were so considerate to throw in a boot cover for me to prevent an incident like that from happening again :) Thank you so much!!!
