Doesn’t hold temperature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I dropped it once and since then it does t keep temperature only for about 2-3 hours . I have my first hydroflask and i’ve dropped it multiple times and it works just as new at holding temperature.

I love my 32 oz Hydro Flask, I need to replace it and I’m waiting for the the color Hibiscus to return. I will have to get another color particular not my favorite.

First FedEx never delivered it to the right address / stolen package so I was so disappointed with my purchase but I contact hydro flask and they sent me a replacement which I was so happy about 😭I love my new cup !!
