Leaky lid

I’m pretty bummed about the lid. It’s been leaking when I drink from it from the top part of the lid that spins to either close the sip spout or open it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The material is nice and the cup is beautiful but it doesn't work to keep my coffee hot not even for 2 hours and for the money spend I expected more. Disappointment of the turn out honestly.

Not for hiking....

I went for a hike and wanted a coffee at the top of the mountain...it was not a very long hike, snake mountain in Vermont.
When I got to the top of the mountain the coffee was lukewarm....very dissatisfied.

You can test the insulation of your flask by filling it with boiling water. After about 5 minutes, feel the outside of the flask (below the neck). If you feel any hot spots, the insulation has been compromised and you are eligible for a replacement.

Great products. I have had many flasks before but the watermelon color is by far my favorite. Quality flask and super convenient size for on the go that is not too heavy. Customer service is also amazing and helped me with all my needs. Great reliable products that keep things warm or cold and can withstand everyday life. Easy on the go.
