Horrible horrible horrible design

I bought the flex sip too for my old bottle. Worst design I have ever seen!!! Who needs so many pieces for a top. I made it 1 coffee before I realized how rediculous it is. Some advice to hydro flask. Stick to the original flip top which I’ve used daily!!!! For 8+ years!!!! It’s just a coffee lid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the perfect size for the coffee drinker who wants their coffee to last all morning. It stays hot and I’m sad when it’s all gone. It never leaks and the carry handle is great when you have a bunch of things to carry into work. An excellent choice.

Overly complicated lid that leaks badly

I love hydroflasks, but I do not love this product and can't recommend it. It does an amazing job of keeping my coffee warm, but the lid is terrible. It's overly complicated. Despite disassembling and reassembling the lid dozens of times, it *always* leaks a substantial amount of coffee. I can't drink out of it without spilling coffee on my shirt, so I have to pour coffee into a cup, and doing so still leaks coffee on my desk/floor/wherever I pour it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The lid has gone on correctly 1 out of 10 attempts. It cross threads and doesn’t close all the way and it leaks.

Great bottle, challenging lid

I love the bottle part which can have multiple beverage uses. The lid is a challenge. I’ve never had so much coffee drip down my front before. I’ve tried taking the lid apart (which is not an easy task) and reassembling to no avail. With a full bottle the problem is not present but after half way full the dribbling starts. Maybe I just have a drinking problem..
