While I love the actual mug, it's the perfect size and keeps my coffee hot, the lid is a serious problem.I have several Hydroflask products for cold beverage but needed a new travel mug that was spill proof. After seeing the demo on line of how easy the cleaning is of the new lid, I ordered 3. To say that disassembling or reassembling is a chore, or just impossible. I contacted customer service and they were kind enough to send me 2 replacements. One I can't take apart, the other I can't put back together. This is more complicated than it needs to be. I found the old model flip cap in the cabinet and I am using this instead. Sadly, this style has been discontinued so I can't purchase any more. Sorry Hydroflask, you need to go back to the drawing board on this one.

I love this. Only giving 4 stars as is about 1/4 too tall to fit under Kuerig and a competitor does fit. Small thing but thought I'd mention. But as far as keeping hot/cold longer is surpasses in that dept.
