Leaks! After drinking half my coffee the cup decided to leak. Covered my shirt in coffee in church. Wish I could return it - I’ll never trust using it again! (Yes, the lid was on correctly.)

I drink hot drinks all day long, so I always have an insulated cup next to me and take one with me everywhere I go. I own Contigos, Yetis, and Zojirushis, but the HydroFlask is my favorite. It keeps drinks hot for hours, and the flex sip lid is easy to use and to wash. It washes well in the top rack of the dishwasher without chipping or fading. And it fits in the car cup holder. To be perfect, the lid would have a one-handed drink function like the Contigo, but I find the HydroFlask keeps drinks hot enough that it’s fine to leave the sipper open most of the time.

Does not keep coffee hot for longer than 4 hours. If you get rid of the packaging it came in then you can’t return. Waste of money.

Great mug, horrible lid

I've used this mug for two years and finally got fed up with it and replaced it. The mug itself is great design and keeps beverages at whatever temperature (hot or cold) for a very long time! However, the lid needs some design improvements as it is not the best for sealing. The gasket comes loose very often (see picture) and then takes some finesse and patience to see it correctly for a proper seal. And if it does seal properly, the fluid leaks out from between the upper and lower portion of the lid while drinking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
