I wanted to love this flex sip but it will work fine and then five minutes later it doesn’t and everything will dribble down the front of me and I have to take it apart and hope it works correctly. Liguids do keep temp so that is great.

I have to twist the lid on very hard or it will leak from the side. You think it is all the way, and it leaks. Then you strain to make it tighter and all of a sudden it goes another 1/4". I like the old style better. It is also very difficult to clean the lid. Many parts to be removed to wash, then reassemble. I don't do that but will once in a while.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The lid is frustrating. Like others have said, it has to be completely disassembled for cleaning, and it’s tricky to reassemble. I do like having the ability to close the lid to prevent leakage when I’m walking from my car to work. I wouldn’t buy this tumbler again though, and I probably wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.
