I love everything about the cup other than the fact it only keeps my coffee "warm" for 2-3 hours. I love the flex sip lid. Very disappointed that it doesn't keep my coffee hot.

This bottle keeps the temp inside as I like it. The several different lid offerings let me customize to the beverage and activity. Fave is sippy straw. And it’s durable and nice looking.

The Flex Sip Lid is the ticket!

I have the 32oz bottle with the flex sip lid, but I wanted a smaller bottle to fit in my car drink holder. The smaller 20oz fit perfectly and with the versatile flex sip lid, I can take it anywhere! I love the handle but most importantly, the flex Sip Lid option is the way to go! You should provide more of your bottles with this option! I'm so glad that I was introduced to Hydroflask! I found mine in New Zealand! visiting my son! He had the 32oz Hydroflask, but it did not have the flex sip lid. He did eventually find that specific lid and that's when I purchased three bottles! One for my husband, one for my son's girlfriend and one for myself. And we ALL purchased the flex lid. Best purchase ever! Thankyou so much! Wendy, Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada.

Great gift

Got this for the hubs and he actually loves it. He was judging me for my love of hydroflask until this baby. It's the perfect size for coffee or whatever hot beverage of choice, then he refills with water at work. Also got it engraved so it's not stolen. We love it!

The lid is complicated for a travel cup. The previous lid was a better design. So far this lid causes coffee to dribble down my chin and the side of the cup.
