Love everything about it. The flex sip lid is easy to use and doesn't leak. The thing I like the most is that it keeps my coffee hot as long as I need it to. This is a replacement, the first time around my coffee only stayed "warm" for a couple hours. I filled out the online warranty form and within a few days I had a replacement. I couldn't be happier. Great product and an excellent warranty.

Not sure about that Flex Sip Lid!

I like the size and color. I thought the flex lid with handle would be great, but the lid leaks and we haven’t yet found the proper way to seal it. I’m reserving judgement for one last attempt at getting it right.

CAUTION - NOT LEAKPROOF

I have two of these, one I purchased myself and one I received from my company for their 10th anniversary. Both of these leaked uncontrollably despite the lid being firmly closed and despite carefully following the cleaning and assembly instructions from Hydroflask. To illustrate, I filled the bottle up with water at the airport before a flight and ensured the lid was tightly closed before putting it in my backpack and placing it under the seat in front of me. Midway through the flight, I opened it to take a sip only to find that all 20oz had leaked out onto my backpack. When I got home, I disassembled and reassembled per the instructions only to find that it leaks like a sieve if you turn it upside down. They do honor the lifetime warranty and will replace the cap, but the issue keeps occurring so the bottle is basically useless. They either have major quality control issues or this is a design flaw.

Fabulous product and warranty

I have been using my hydroflasks for years. Love them. One of the bottles stopped holding cold. I filled out the warranty form online, few emails back and forth and soon my brand new hydroflask arrived!
I was a die hard fan before! Now customer for life.

Pretty color

The Cactus is a pretty color and the Flex Sip Lid is great, however, ice is melted overnight in just about 6 hrs.

I love the wide mouth style and the no leak cap. The flex sip lid allows for easy use of lefties or righties. And the best part is you can get the last drop without taking your eyes off the road! Great product. Easy to clean.
