A decent travel mug that could be made great with some tweaks.

Quality of manufacture is top notch. Functionality / design is so so. Lid mechanism is pretty complicated, shouldn't require several steps of printed instructions for assembly and disassembly to clean. Also, flow rate is very low, would be nice if could be adjusted to flow more liquid.

I like hydro flask better because they have colorful options and the lid with the handle on it built in. I wish they had more colors. and the colors they do have dont have matching lids.. But im fine with mine

Good company- honors warranty

My 20 oz Hydro Flask stopped keeping beverages hot or cold so I looked at warranty website and followed test instructions and then returned the flask. Hydro Flask was replaced quickly at only my cost of mailing back the old one. The new one is great! Good to see a company taking care of customers.
