Mediocre

Not insulated. I kept thinking my ester for tea was not hit enough. My coffee/tea is lukewarm within 2 hrs. Lid is tedious to take apart and clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mug is great but the new lid is harder to clean and it leaks; I wish I could get the old style flip lock lid.
