Extremely poor lid design
on June 10, 2024

Simply avoid.
The poorly designed lid means the gasket seal between the lid and the main body is housed inside a small inaccessible slot which make it almost impossible to insert correctly after every cleaning cycle. As a result the lid is either leaking, or it takes 15 mins of your morning routine to keep trying to eventually get the gasket into the right position. For anyone commuting to work on a tight schedule, this product is simply not fit for purpose.
Also, my flask is in a pink color not listed here and the paint coating as gradually dissolved away over multiple wash cycles, not nice to be finding flakes of paint showing up all over other items in my dishwasher.
As a result, I've just thrown this in the trash, between the bad build quality and extremely poor design, it's not even worth seeking a replacement under warranty.
I'm now much happier with my replacement from another provider.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the lid is much more complex than my old one. I liked the simple one that I received as a gift six years ago.

Father’s Day Gift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this bottle for my dad for Father’s Day. He went on a five day fishing trip a few weeks before so I gave it to him early and he was so excited. Loves the locking lid and is planning on taking it with him every fishing trip

Flex sip lid

I like the lid, but I have issues with the cap sticking and when I try to take the lid of it comes apart instead and I still can't get the lid off. I use this for hot tea, but am not likely to use it anymore because of this issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband had a good hydro flask for 14 years and I decided it was time to upgrade. He loves the new style I love it because of the ease of cleaning it
Whoever came up with the whole lid coming apart to clean is a genius!

Water bottle
on May 12, 2024

I like this water bottle a lot it does a good job at keeping my water cold but the problem is after I accidentally dropped it multiple times on the floor it now has a dent on the bottom of the water bottle also, for some reason now, the water bottle is impossible to open and now and refill it also, my parents did not know that multiple pieces come out to make it easier for washing. They thought it was stupid, but I told them it’s designed like that for people who have dishwashers so they can wash every single part of the water bottle possible to get rid of dirt and germs I also wish I get a bigger size of the water bottle
