Better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying I’ve been a LONG time Hydro Flask customer. I’ve loved every product I’ve tried. For some reason I was a little skeptical of the coffee flex lid. It’s bulkier than the previous coffee lids they made. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this lid and think it is absolutely the superior coffee lid! Of course the coffee cup is fantastic. I have a boot on it and it still fits in my cars cup holder. And of course it keeps my coffee hot for HOURS!!!

Great coffee cup!!

I was going to give them as Christmas presents however the temperature has been in the single digits already this year. I could not see them waiting for a full month before they could open them. I told them if they didn't like them I would take them back and use them myself however I was told that there would be a fight if I tried.
They both love their drinking cups one for coffee and one for hot tea.

The cup itself is great and keeps my drinks hot but the lid leaks. I chose this version because of its handle which does make it easy to carry but its not worth it making a mess.

I received one of these as a gift from my dad. I have been using it as my kids' go to water bottle to take to school bc its easy to open and close, doesn't leak when thrown in his backpack and keeps his water cold all day! Also my little one is 4 and its very sturdy and able to withstand his tossing it around.

Terrible Design / Leaks. Keep Looking

I hate the lid. To open you twist clockwise, and to close you twist counter-clockwise. It's not intuitive since it's backward from every other think you open and close with a twist. You're bound to unintentionally leave it open and spill it everywhere. Or when you close it (counter clockwise) you will go a little too far and actually untwist the whole cap a little, also causing it to leak. Keep looking.

The lid leaks
