LOVE!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was our first time trying Hydroflask, WOW very impressed! I got the 20 oz my husband got the 24 oz loved them so much! It keeps your drink very cold all day! I got the flex sip my husband got the chug lid. we love them so much we already purchased 4 coffee mugs and I got and extra 20 oz for a backup! We will be dedicated Hydroflask users from here out! we have already thrown out all our other water bottles. Thank you Hydroflask for making such an elite product!

Faulty Lid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottle was a gift to someone very special, but I was embarrassed after the gift recipient told me the lid is broken and leaking, despite many attempts to assemble it through the tutorials. I need a replacement lid and compensation for this poor experience.

Why can't I buy a new red seal?

As others have noted, this lid can leak… Tip: be sure the red seal is placed and pressed in perfectly, then all is good. My problem is that I don't have a dishwasher so I have to wash the red seal, and everything else, by hand. My red seal is getting to feel a bit floppy, though it looks OK… This is making the seal effectiveness iffy, even when the best of care with placement is taken. Why can't I buy a replacement red seal??? Frankly, I'd like to keep a couple extra on hand. I don't want to have to buy a whole new Flex Sip lid, which is only available in black and won't match my cup color. Decent cheaper cups are out there… Hydroflasks are an investment and parts should be available!

Pretty Color but Doesn't Keep Hot for long

Great flask, lid difficult to clean (tiny part can’t reach)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall my husband and I like our flasks. The custom colors and boot are great. The insulated chambers look and feel like they’re well made. They keep liquid hot for hours. The lids are well engineered with instructions to open and close on the lids themselves. The only thing is there’s a part of the lid where it’s so tiny that my finger can’t reach in to clean, let alone scrub, a small cylindrical part. I drink latte and sometimes hot cocoa, and dried up hot milk can build up there. Ideally all wetted part of the lid should be washable.
