Great insulation, however it is a pain to open.

I love this water bottle. It gets the job done, great insulation whether I'm having a hot drink or cold drink. I have petite hands and it is REALLY difficulty getting the lid on and off without my hand slipping off somewhere. I get so frustrated i even used rubber bands around the mouth to help but that does not seem to do anything. Please make some grip either on the bottom of the flex slip lid or on the bottle for petite hands! I also have a 40 oz wide mouth which does not give me this much trouble.

I have owned 3 Hydroflask 20oz coffee mugs with flip top lids. Loved everyone of them and wore them all out over time. Flip top lid was great…one handed operation, easy to clean…simple. Why do companies feel the need to change what works? And when they do, they discontinue something that wasn’t broke. Hydroflask…please listen to your customers and bring back the flip top lid!

Love the size and the lid. They had an design before for coffee but it was too hard to close the lid, I much prefer this one. It’s very spill proof. But it does feel strange to sip on the side where the lid is exposed. But overall I’m very satisfied with my designated coffee holder.

Great Base, Awful Lid

The Flex Sip Lid is not for me. While I haven't experienced any leaks, a 4 piece lid is too much. Anyone with large hands or a weak grip would have difficulty disassembling the lid for washing. Even with regular washing, the rubber seal can absorb coffee orders. I would 100% recommend any of these products with any other lid.
