Poor lid design

I loved this mug at first - keeps my hot tea hot and iced tea cold but the lid design leaks making it impossible to use. I like the straps on the lid and love that Hydroflasks don’t “sweat” but the lid on this one is a disappointment.

We are a hydro flask family. We have spent more money on hydro flasks than I care to admit. We love our hydro flasks but this lid is the worst. After only a few thorough cleanings this lid leaks and there is no fix. We have replaced more than one and still have the same issue. It is a bummer but now we have moved to another company for travel coffee containers.

Lid Leaks

Coffee cup is great. The lid not so much, it leaks every time take a sip of my Coffee. I have 2 lids and they both leak. Any solution would be great.

Doesn't keep my coffee warm

I was so excited for my hydroflask travel coffee container because I love my hydroflask water bottle, but it doesn't keep my coffee warm. I just took a 45 minute walk in 40 degrees and my coffee went from piping hot to luke warm. I'm not sure if I have a lemon, but I'm definitely underwhelmed by this product.
