I bought my first HydroFlask 5 years ago, recently I started to notice a little rust in the bottom. HydroFlask replaced it with no questions asked, just a photo for proof. Everything was done online, super easy, and great customer service!

Lid malfunction

The lid of the bottle came right off which caused my hydroflask to fall right onto concrete and dent in over 3 different places.

Would purchase again!

The color is more yellow than the website shows. I was hoping for more of an orange, in real life it looks like a rich yellow. Still a nice color. I recently forgot i set it on top of the car & didn’t remember till it fell off which was a huge bummer but I’m really impressed with how well it took the fall. Really only minor damage, the powder coat only chipped in 2 very small spots in minor dents so I have really high hopes for the over all longevity of the color through normal wear and tear.

For the price these bottles are a joke. They don’t last for more than a week without getting water inside the chamber, thus not being an insulated bottle anymore. Clearly not all stainless steel either as the inside of the jug becomes etched no mater what solution you put in it and with washing by hand with water. I asked for my money back but they’d rather keep sending me more junky bottles than satisfying the customer and just refunding me. Treat you like you’re a criminal when you identify a problem with their product.I’ll never buy again and save lots of money! A review like this could have saved me from my purchase so I’m hoping to do the same for someone else.
