Don't put hot broth in it!

After going through 4 of these within 3 months and writing one review and hydroflask not posting it, speaks volumes. Issues: rust in every one of them and insulating value lost after two uses of putting broth in it. Then questions from CS asking "do you drink it with the lid on?" "how full are you filling it?".
Don't get me wrong CS sent new ones everytime. But how many do you go through and the headache of calling them and the same issues. Done.

My first time buying a customized flask directly from the website. Had a bad customer service call about the order and packacge ended up having a hard time getting to my house and i had to pick it up at a facility. I then received it with bodily fluids on my cap and a scuff on the side as if it was dropped. Seemed intentional and i thought it was weird that it would come likr its lived a life aleeady, felt like i bought it used.

First Hydro Flask I've ever owned and I Love them. Great Quality, stays cold all day and there are so many options to pick from to customize them fully. I am a new customer for sure!

I’ve used Hydro flask for years. Bought this one for my husband and he loves it. Water stays cold for hours. Definitely get the boot to protect from dings & dents!
