I bought two. The second one is fine. The First one that I bought was bad. It would not keep things cool at all. I called in for a warranty claim, the claim took literally weeks to complete, then the replacement that they sent ended up doing the EXACT SAME THING. Can not recommend. The quality is spotty. It is not worth going through the warranty process again, because that was painful. The whole reason I bought this was because of their lifetime warranty

Absolutely love it, my 2nd one. Also bought 1 for my son who's in the Army. Had the 1st one for years until it finally got a tiny leak in it from falling out of my pack. No other bottle I've owned has stood up to the abuse I put that bottle through. Great but, will buy again.
