cheap quality

Super excited to buy this, I work in healthcare so I figured it would be super convenient. My ice lasts maybe a few hours, doesn't keep drinks cold. Dents very easy. My straw falls out of the lid constantly. Disappointed, especially for the price ! The only good thing is the color.

Melting ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received my replacement hydro flask in the mail. I’ve noticed that, similarly to my previous bottle, the ice melts within a few hours. Not sure what the issue is or if it’s the fact that I use the old straw but I’m hoping that’s the cause! Please share any insight you might have about my issue.
