However, my daughter dropped hers and it’s dented so badly that she is embarrassed to use it. I wouldn’t recommend for kids as these cups are very easily damaged.

Warranty replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the replacement bottle which is a very cool color, but functionally, it is worse than the bottle I returned. It doesn’t keep the water hot or cold for very long. I can fill it with ice, close the bottle, and leave it in my bag in cold weather and it still melts very quickly as though there was no insulation at all. I really don’t want to go through the process of resending it back to you and waiting for you to send me another refurbished bottle if I can avoid it. It’s very time consuming just to get a worse product back. If possible, can you send me back a new bottle?
