Replacement experience is horrible

I had one started to rust. Sent it in for a replacement. It’s been a few months, yes months and I still don’t have the replacement.

Very happy camper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the best option out there and I’ve owned all the other brands. The wide mouth makes it easy to clean and the spout is also easy to clean. I always get lip gloss on the straw. Other bottles with twist closures are a nightmare to deal with and clean so I’m glad with this one I don’t have to. It doesn’t fit in my cup holder but I got an extender and that’s a small price to pay for how much I like the bottle. Hopefully it holds up. The cactus color is also the best.
