I initially bought this item one week ago, but the carrying strap was ripped from one side. I promptly contacted customer service and they were able to send me a replacement. I am impressed by their level of professionalism and understanding. Bravo, Hydro Flask!
As for the product itself, it certainly lives up to the hype. My drinks stay ice cold and I do not get the unpleasant metallic taste that many other similar products do. The color is also gorgeous and the size is big enough to last me most of my day. I am very happy with my experience and purchase.
