The bottle is very cute but one drop the paint chipped and dented. Dropped from my hand and the paint chipped. I have dropped a few bottles in my time and even on concrete don’t look as bad as this bottle did and I had it less than a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a Hydroflask that didn't hold temperature. I sent an email, they sent a return code. I sent the flask, they sent a new one. Fast and easy. once in a while something fails. The resolution was 100.

Poor quality

However this water bottle does not keep my beverages cold. The ice melts in a couple of hours and end of work day I have just barely cool water. Qualify has definitely gone down but not the price
