I love most everything about this bottle. The only thing I don’t love is the wide mouth, which I thought would be great. Anytime I water level is low and I turn it up to drink, the ice slides to the top and splashes me with whatever water is still in it. I don’t like getting my clothing wet when trying to drink. Other than that, I do love this bottle.

I bought a Parks For All bottle in Olympic about 2 months ago and it has been amazing but when I received it, the strap was chipped. I've been worried that it might keeps chipping away. Is there a way you could send me a new strap or something?
