Not as cordless as I expected

Lovely to look at, nice carrying case and retractable cord. However, you have to put it back on the charger because it can't stand up on its end, and it doesn't stay at heat for very long, so you have to keep waiting for it to heat up again. I regret buying it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the Cordless Feature

It holds a fair amount of water, has the auto shut-off, and works great on wrinkles. I find you cannot get about 5 consecutive gusts of steam, but I have learnt to work around this. Overall, this is so much safer when you have a quilt on an ironing board — no cord getting caught and ready to fall over. For the engineers developing future models, I would love to be able to stand it up on the ironing board, and not have to return it to the plug-in station.

Having a cordless iron makes ironing pleasurable. I'm a quilter and sewist. I have 3 other expensive irons. I think this will quickly become my go to.
