I was looking for an iron that was nonstick with retractable cord that was also affordable. I picked up the iron and it meets all of those criteria plus some I’m very happy with the purchase.

1421 OR Nonstick Iron

I find this iron to be light and easy to use. I like the nonstick soleplate; it will be easy to clean. The retractable cord will keep it safely inside of the iron. It heats up quickly and the iron produces plenty of steam.

I am an enthusiastic scrap quilter, and I tackle some huge projects. When I bought this iron I didn't expect much-I've owned some very expensive, highly-touted (by quilters) irons and they are fine, but that's it, fine. For the extra money, they should be more than "fine."
This iron is fantastic; heats up FAST, consistent temperature (yes, I check!) adequate water reservoir and the retractable cord is great for quilt retreats. This iron is the workhorse in my quilt room - and it is my go-to iron.

Hope I did this right. It only showed me Canada. I’m in the USA.
Iron looks great but registration for warranty was difficult.
