I got this laptop for work (photographer) and was hoping it would be much faster than my old one with double the RAM, but if I have my external hard drive that pretty full into the laptop the file explorer freezes out then the laptop like crashes. I can’t use that drive at all. I had to use my totally empty drive to get it to work and that stresses me out because I can’t access anything on the other drive without using a different computer. It’s not awful but I expected much faster and everything for how high it’s rated and how much it costs. My photoshop still works nice and fast but sometimes even the internet explorer is kind of slow. I’m not sure if I need to do something to it, but it’s been doing this since I got it.

Overall it's been really good! Runs really fast, and is quiet (compared to a model from competitor with similar specs that was super loud).
I just wish the trackpad was a little more responsive and accurate. About half the time I'm trying to scroll it zooms me in and out instead. A relatively minor inconvenience, but really annoying
