Very sleek and lightweight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received my free laptop to try out!! This review is my true opinion on this product! This laptop has delivered on all counts. It's quick and easy to use and small and compact in size. My only tiny issue - this is just a personal preference - is the home button on the keyboard is on right hand side so keep catching it when I'm touch typing.

Not ready for prime time, dont buy

I bought this laptop for my child that is a freshman in college. They have discovered that many programs including Adobe, games and hardware such as Walcom pad are not compatible. This is unacceptable. Asus support was no help and said to call the vendors.

We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if you cannot install Adobe, games and Walcom pad.
If the laptop was preinstalled with Windows 11 S mode, this needs to be switched to Windows 11 Home Edition to be able to install third-party software. To successfully switch, Windows 11 S mode needs to be set up completely and activated online. Once this is done, please go to Settings, Activation then click "Go to Store" and follow the wizard to switch the OS free.
