All the people who watch my brand-new PC love it. This a fast computer with excellent characteristics like storage and RAM. The screen is a pure OLED with 120 hz. The backlit keyboard is a trait that you enjoy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.]  absolutely amazed at this laptop. It’s a very nice thin laptop very lightweight perfect for traveling. The battery life lasts a long time you can get your work done. It’s a 14 inch. It’s a nice size overall I was over the top. Excited to try this and it exceeded my expectations. The keyboard light up. It’s super nice. It’s very fast.

I can get up and running in less than 10 seconds. No issues with hardware. .Microsoft Windows11 is too controlling it wants to force you to the cloud and causes inconveniences with saving files. I had cloud limitation on day one, and all it wants to do is up sale you to more memory and an Office 365 membership.. I am in the process of figuring out how to get them out of my life. I use an external hard drive and have a lifetime Office license.

Just purchased the ASUS Vivobook S 14. I am amazed with the small size and features.
It seems quite fast and the OLED display has such clear vivid images. It was easy to configure and transfer files from my old ASUS! Great deal on Cyber Monday!

Light and nice screen

Seems pretty nice after a few days of use. Very light and very nice display. I also love the micro sd slot. Just wish it had 2 for transferring data between them. Also wish it had fingerprint scanner, usb c on both sides, touchscreen or 2in 1 design. But considering it's so light and slim and the face recognition works pretty well so it's pretty nice.
Mine has the i9 and it gets kinda hot but not that bad compared to Lenovo flex 5 14.
Overall it's nice but does lack a few nice features.

Almost perfect, just a few build issues

This is a really well priced machine, the keyboard is more enjoyable that the Zenbook CoPilot+ version, there is more travel on the Vivobook S. That said, the keycaps themselves are very hard to read with the backlighting, it's a bit frustrating and really is fixable. The all metal chassis is a nice touch, and helps with durability. However the screens are really cheap. Two of them the head of the screw popped off when picking up the laptop at a corner to test flex, that's really not something that should happen. Someone cheaped out on the screws, and it's just silly. There is some corner flex on this machine (something you don't see on a Dell XPS or a Lenovo X1). If they fix the chassis durability, this would be a slam dunk machine, and we're talking very minor changes to hardware. Software wise, better integration with windows for certain hardware. For example, if the privacy shutter is on for the camera, it should notify windows the camera is unavailable so that it doesn't keep trying to perform a Windows Hello login. Right now the IR light will keep flashing even with the privacy shutter closed, sloppy unit testing!
