You may need a gasoline powered pressure washer if you can't be tethered to an electrical cord, or need over 3,000psi or 2+ GPM. Otherwise, get this one. Small, light weight, quiet enough, powerful enough for smaller jobs around the house. The electrical cord is quite long, good thing since they caution against using an extension cord. I have lower pressure village water supply, so the garden hose isn't strong enough to wash down the concrete
patio. But this pressure washer does just fine. And with the higher pressure nozzles, it blew most of the tar off the bricks that the builder slopped up above grade level.

Love that this unit isn’t big or bulky. Lots of power is small package, used for gutter and house cleaning. I like that this doesn’t take up much space in my garage.
Very pleased
