[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great very durable was able to jumpstart my neighbor’s car and pump up my tire. The only issue was the light seems a little easier for a chance break off but other than that it’s a great item.

Not worth it.. Here’s why..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who’s used many jump starters, this one itself isn’t worth it. To start off the charging is inconvenient and you need an extension cord to charge it which isn’t included. A lot of modern day jump starters don’t even need that and can be simply be charged with a USB-C plug. This doesn’t have that.
Also charging it is a joke it self. The battery level litterally drops the next day and the reason being is due to the fact it has a Lead-Acid battery which in my opinion are the worst types of batteries for jump starters as they can’t hold a charge long enough compared to a lithium ion battery. And for that reason I do not recommend having this in your trunk. For example, imagine needing a jump or needing to put air in your tires, but you can’t due to the fact that the battery is dead.
Next up.. I tested the air compressor and it is so loud and slow. There was 28 psi in my tires and I decided to top it to 32 but It could barely get up there and was struggling, so at that point I had to use my other portable air compressor which did the trick…
Also, when I use the air compressor just for 30 seconds the battery literally dropped from 4 to 3 bars. which is a terrible.
Next up jumping: after using the device to inflate my tires just for 30 seconds it dropped one bar and I tried to jump my vehicle, but it hesitated, so I charged the stanley until it went to 100% and afterwards it was able to jump my vehicle.
How about USB charging you ask? Well I used the stanley to charge my phone and it works but the problem is USB A is slow and outdated tech. In 2025 you need USB C primarily and I wish it had that and USB A on the side as backup.
Flashlight Feature: I will say the added flashlight is pretty cool because you could swivel it around and it’s good enough in the dark when u need to see something if let’s say ur jumping ur car. But to be honest the flashlight isn’t the main picture, that’s just something on the side. What really matters is having something that can function when you really need it the most and this doesn’t do the trick with the jump starter and tire inflator and for that reason I gave it a 2/5.
my recommendation to Stanley is they should switch from lead acid to a lithium ion battery. and have it where you can charge the battery with USB-C, but also have that in a way where you can charge your phones and have USB A on the side as backup. And the form factor itself is good and the handle is very strong and durable so they should keep that but also at the same time change the tire inflator module inside as it’s slow and loud.

Handy and works great!

It works great as a compressor and i havent had to use it to jump start my car yet but i am at least thankful if that happens I wont have to ask anyone for a jump. I love it!

The Stanley Jump starter comes with great versatility to fill tires and charger ports for other charge table objects however it is not easy to charge the jump starter, you’ll need an extension to start it. It performed very easy and efficient.

This device is rated at 1400 amps, which makes it a reliable jump starter for vehicles, even those with larger engines. You have a jump starter, air compressor and power station all in one and it’s not very heavy or bulky at all. My husband said he’s going to keep it in his truck at all times when working.
