I had to get used to the wider rather than higher shape of this pan, but really like it now. Unfortunately like others, mine too developed a few black spots on the bottom interior surface after just boiling water, although they don’t seem to affect the taste of anything.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use this pan more than any other. It is perfect for making soup, apple sauce, spaghetti sauce, cooking the pasta, corn on the cob and stew. I bought this pan for a friend who needed a pan for all the above reasons. I also bought it to have at the place we rent in Florida.

Good size. Great to make meal for a party or get-together. But it does stain easily. Used only one time and it got quite amount of stains. Takes long to get hot but the sides beginning to burn already. Handles are hot. Have to be really careful. Not like other Cuisinart pans. Not impressed by this one. Had high hopes but failed me.

Love these, but concerned! I love the size and shape and how they cook. They clean up very well, no sticking.....but the bottom of my pans are getting these black specs on and they don't come off. I'm not sure what is wrong. I would love if someone would reach out to me regarding these marks. Other than that, I would love a full set of these type of pans. This was my first purchase of Cuisinart pans.
