Very pleased with this pan. Bottom is 3 ply, steel/aluminum/steel, heavy duty and the heat conducts evenly. Works great on my new stove's ceramic surface. Handles don't get hot.

I’m sorry to share this because I loved the way it looked and the way it heated quickly, but after one use the bottom of the pan had pitting. One use. Heating soup and no burning. Unfortunately I had to return and I’m now looking for a new stainless steel pain with higher quality.
I did love the shape and versatility of this pain.

I love the new addition to my cuisinart pots. This pot is the perfect size for homemade soups, the main reason that I purchased it. But it can and will be used for so much more and cleaning it is so very easy.

It left some black marks inside the pot after the first use and cannot be cleaned no matter how u scrubbed it. It’s a good size pan but it’s not a cuisinart quality I am used to. Very disappointed.
