I watch YouTube channels where the ordinary person cooks lots of different recipes. This one lady constantly used this Wok. Eventually I decided I couldn't live without it. It has since become my favorite pan!!! I use it for everything, frying, deep frying, stir fry, melting...I LOVE this Wok! Also, cleanup is a cinch because nothing sticks to the pan!
