[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening, the quality actually felt really good. Its pretty comfortable and fits well. The vibration setting is pretty strong, but the massage is not really neck its more lower back of head, which isnt the point i guess.
Pretty comfy overall and nice to wind down in an evening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to review this Conair product and really excited to try a massage, heat and shiatsu neck roll. Unfortunately, you need to charge it for about 12 hrs before you use it. The vibration setting is fair, even on highest level. The shiatsu is nice, but you have to lean your neck against something to feel the real effect. The clasp that holds it on your neck is a little tricky to remove. All in all a decent neck massager, but nothing I would purchase again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unique Portability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a few neck massagers in the past, but this one beats them all, simply because of its unique portability. It is quite difficult to use other neck massagers that require me to be near a plug, which is often not the case when I am on a couch or bed. Love that it also has all the common features, including heat, massage, and vibration.
I would recommend this to a friend!
