Missed the Spot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The neck pillow is comfy enough on its own as just a simple neck pillow. The problem arises when I actually use it for its intended purpose...massaging. My neck pain typically presents itself at the base of my shoulders along my spine. A spot where this neck pillow doesn't quite reach. The heat is decent enough, the massaging is just fine too. Unfortunately, for me, this product doesn't quite reach where my neck pain is the most prominent. I don't think that's a knock against the product, it just simply doesn't meet my needs. Something else that popped up when I loaned it out to a friend...they commented that the noise the neck massager makes when turned on disturbed their dog. I didn't see that happen with our pooch, however their dog did not like the hum of the vibration.

What a dream!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always have issues with my neck hurting, it may be because I work on a computer all the time. I have been looking for relief and this neck pillow has been a life saver. I love that it is heated, it really helps get rid of my aches and pains. The heat paired with the vibration and the shiatsu is absolutely a dream. I like putting this on in the morning before I work, as well as after work so that my neck is nice and loose all day. I feel like I'm getting a nice massage professionally, all from a neck pillow! It is very comfortable as well and super soft material.

Does an okay job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neck massager comes with a vibration feature, shiatsu, and heat. I do enjoy the heat function and definitely need it after work as I often times come home with a sore neck and shoulders. The vibration doesn't do much for me, but the shiatsu is okay. I wish it kneaded slightly slower as it goes pretty quick. I feel like if I pull the sides of the pillow so that it gets deeper into my neck, it does a better job. Otherwise it just sort of sits there and doesn't do much for me at all. The pillow itself is soft and it charged quickly, but I think the shape could be better in order to get a more relieving massage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try out this neck massager, but was a wee bit disappointed. The vibrational aspect is great And it was a comfortable fit, but the shiatsu massage your part just didn't seem to hit the right points. It felt like it was too high and even if I tried to flip it, it just wasn't hitting where I wanted it to. I will say, though, the charge lasts an exceptionally long time and I love that.

Worked Fantastic for Only a Week

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ConairCare Rechargeable Neck Pillow with Vibration, Shiatsu, and heat pillow is fantastic for neck pain or for a way to unwind and relax. I was able to experience its unique features for one week, and then it just quit working when the chord no longer worked. It is now just used as a neck pillow. Not impressed with the wiring at all.

ConairCare Rechargeable Neck Pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In theory, this product has a lot going for it. The pillow cover is super soft and luxurious-feeling. I like the fact that it's rechargeable, meaning it's mobile and can be used anywhere. The heat feels really nice. My issue is with the shiatsu option. The kneading balls just didn't fit my neck in a comfortable manner. I've had really good luck with other shiatsu massagers but unfortunately, this one just didn't work out. I still use this for the heat option though so it's not entirely a bust.
