These work well for side sleepers, the sound quality is good. It’s somewhat limited however you can create your own sleep sound mixture within the app you can download to use with these earbuds. I’d like to see updates that give you more premixed soundscapes you could use. These earbuds are worth a try if you use earbuds to go to sleep.
Since their sound dampening is modest compared to full-on ear muffs, I did not think these earbuds would do much against my wife's snoring. But they do. Not because I can't hear her, but rather because they enable me to sleep much more soundly, so that I sleep through noise, including the snoring, that used to wake me. Hand in hand with that, my sleep quality is much improved. As others have written, the battery life is very good and the comfort is enough to make them disappear once in.
Working incredibly well so far after a couple weeks! They really block out a lot and are super comfy! Don't feel them at all.
I don't wear them every night yet, but when something noisy happens it's such a relief to have them handy. Even without music or other sounds they block out enough to help me sleep through a lot of things But, if I really need to block something out, it's nice to have the option to add more. For the first few nights I woke myself up with these in cuz they amplified my breathing inside my ears, 😂 but I haven't had that continue to happen so we'll see.
Best sleep buds I have used but could still use some refinement.

They don't bother me when I lay on my side. I do have the largest parts attached and I still sometimes find one on the bed or floor in the morning. Battery life is great but I have had issues where one of the buds doesn't seat well in the case and one side won't charge. The sound is a little underwhelming but they are for sleeping really. They block out some noise but not all of it. It is enough for me when i'm using the sleep sounds or bluetooth, but I could see them not blocking out enough sound for some people. The case is the worst part for me. It's shape, the way it opens and the material used to make it all contribute to it shooting out of my hand like a disk launcher when I try to open it to put the earbuds in or take them out. It can be very frustrating trying to find the case in the dark on the floor and not wake up my wife.
I've tried many sleep earbuds, including Bose, Quieton, etc. I settled on the sleep A10's for years.
The sleep A20's improve upon everything the A10's excelled at. The sound quality is better, the "white noise/sleep noise" maker within the app is MUCH improved, and they have better battery life, comfort, and sound quality.
I've always been a VERY light sleeper, and find most white-noise or sleep soundtracks repetitive and ineffective, and find most earplugs lacking. The sleep A20's actually let me sleep; they don't block all sound, but they perform well beyond the competition.
I have yet to use anything better. Highly recommended!
Overall, very comfortable while sleeping and decent sound quality

While I generally love these earbuds and I fall asleep listening to audiobooks every night, I have one small complaint. Why can’t I see exactly how much charge is remaining on the charging case? I can see the percentage charge for the earbuds, but my only charge indicators for the charging case are the 3 LEDs on the case. 3 lights mean 70-100%, 2 lights is 30-70%, and 1 light is 0-30%. Not very precise. Furthermore, when I plug in the case, even if it’s fully charged, that third light is always blinking. I’ve never had all 3 lights solid…ever.
This is in contrast to EVERY other earbud case, magnetic charger, and plug-in charger I own, including those made by Anker (Soundcore’s parent company). Come on, guys. For a $150 pair of earbuds, I would expect a little more info on the charging case’s battery life. Also, my Beats Fit Pro case and wireless earbuds all show up in the iPhone Battery widget on my phone. So I can ALWAYS see how much charge everything has. Oh, and one more thing. Where is the supposed Soundcore widget? I installed the app on my phone, but I can’t find the widget anywhere.
