Nothing special. Just small earbuds

The sound is truly terrible. They are tinier than the free earbuds that you get on the airplane. Good fit was hard for me to achieve despite trying all the included eartips. The only things that make these earbuds special is that they are small.

Terrible for side sleepers!

These give me such terrible ear pain while sleeping with them. If you are a side sleeper like me DO NOT buy these. I can only wear them for 30 min. before my ear starts to hurt and I get a headache.

I have incredibly sensitive ears and this is the FIRST pair of actual earbuds i have ever been able to wear and tolerate. They feel amazing and stay in my ears all night which is quite the feat considering I move around quite a bit. The sound quality is just okay but I am good with that considering I use them for a podcast while I fall asleep and then I have them set to switch over to a customized white noise. The ability to change what happens when I fall asleep is a gamechanger for me. Previously I would wake when my podcast (Tom's Big Spiders in case anyone wants to know) would end or when my headphones would fall out. These headphones take care of both of those issues. I wish I could find more ear buds with the ear tips that are on the Sleep A20!

Not working

Bought for my wife because of my snoring. And they are just not working. My wife says that she doesn't want another sounds while sleeping she just want to switch off my snore. But you can perfectly hear even through the ambient sound. So I don't understand the purpose of those. To play forest or rain sounds? I thought I'll get antisnoring noise canceling specialised earbuds for 150 Eur, but the money is for soft texture and good fit. They just don't work.

Room for improvement

Sound and comfort are great! BUT the rest isn't so great.
Slipperiest, most hard to open case Soundcore has ever developed. Constantly fumbling with trying to open and unable to get a grip.
Sleep sounds feature is clunky at best. I rarely use because it's difficult to figure out.
Advertised at 14 hours but I have yet to get 8 hours out of them.

Also early backers of this Kickstarter were promised Samsung Care, but replacements for this product have been out of stock for months.
Quite disappointing for a company that used to be on top of customer service.

These are amazing! I was skeptical on how much they would block out snoring since they don’t have active noise cancelling, but I seriously can’t hear a thing with them in. They have so many sounds to choose from in their sleep mode and if you don’t like any of those, you can put it in Bluetooth mode and find a sound you like from your phone. They are incredibly comfortable and you can’t feel them at all while sleeping (I’m a side/stomach sleeper). The battery lasts all night and the charging case battery lasts for over a week.
My one and only complaint is that I can’t hear my alarm with them in. The alarm on the app doesn’t seem to work well. I wish there was a way to have it play my phone alarm through the headphones while in sleep mode.
